Some news is simply too hard to believe. Today, we were heartbroken to hear of Glen Hansard‘s sudden passing. Just a few weeks ago, he stood on the Slunovrat stage and gave us a concert we’ll remember for years to come. Thank you, Glen, for the music, for your kindness, and for the moments that will stay with us forever. Our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and everyone whose lives he touched.
In memory of this extraordinary musician, we’re once again sharing the full recording of Glen’s Slunovrat 2026 concert, together with The Moon, performed with Markéta Irglová during our Evenings with Slunovrat concert series in Opava last November.
